The planning study was conducted by The Airport Authority Hong Kong on the expansion of the Airport to include a third runway and an additional passenger concourse on a reclamation platform to be formed north of the existing airport island at Chek Lap Kok, Lantau, Hong Kong. Axon was associated by Jacob as the Marine Traffic Specialist to review the submission related to marine traffic.
